I love this lion a lot, maybe because we had an one side connection for a moment? So here is another photo of this magnificent animal.

Here is a snapshot from another 4×4 car that cross our path in the Kalahari Transfrontier Park. We were happy because we got stuck in the deep soft sand for 1 hour, looking at a lion in the shade.
The other 4×4 car was going to pull us out and we could go further with our journey! Right?
Nope, because at that moment the lion decided to come to our car and just start laying next to left passenger door. Not possible to fix the rope on our car to pull us out. So we decided to wait till the lion left.
We had to wait again more than a hour till another 4×4 car came and give us a tip to create a small sandstorm by just spinning our wheels in the sand.
This made the lion leave, looking for a less dusty spot. But it gave us time to watch and enjoy hem, while he was relaxing.
I love to do wild camping trips in Africa. It’s peaceful and beautiful… the sunsets you can see here are gorgeous.
On this trip in Namibia, we didn’t have a rooftop tent on a 4×4, like this couple. But simply a VW Polo and an igloo tent on the ground. We got stuck two times with the car, but always kept our good mood.
Yesterday evening Yujie asked to watch the movie Avatar, which brought us some nice memories back. Zhangjiajie was an incredible place to visit, we spent 3 days in the Nature Reserve and walked every corner of it. The views we saw were stunning. The rocks only don’t fly on this planet.
After we met in Suzhou we start travelling together, both are very adventures which makes it easier. Trying to visit some remote places with less luxury in our hands. There’s only one big difference between us, women begin to complain when they smell bad, men don’t care about it.
Here we were sitting in the sun with Yangmaiyong mountain in the back. Yanding National Park is such an amazing place to visit in China. The land of the snow leopard, shame we didn’t see the animal.
